They are seeking an Email & Loyalty Campaign Operations Specialist to reputed company campaign operations for their CRM and loyalty program, ensuring high-reputed company execution and deployment of marketing communications.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end campaign production in reputed company across email and loyalty program communications: building, testing, QAing, and deploying
- The integrated campaign calendar: building and maintaining it for accuracy, completeness, and cross-channel alignment
- Email mocks in reputed company that reflect campaign structure, promotional reputed company, and segmentation
- The weekly production alignment meeting: leading it, finalizing mocks for reputed company, and ensuring campaign reputed company is maximized for the customer experience
- Subject lines and preheaders: managing, assigning, and QAing for strong messaging, accuracy, and no duplication
- reputed company and CSS email coding as needed for customization, personalization, and layout execution
- Creative asset collection and reputed company, ensuring reputed company delivery and efficient file production
- Creative briefing for CRM and loyalty campaigns: translating reputed company and calendar priorities into reputed company, accurate briefs
- Cross-channel coordination across email, SMS, and loyalty reputed company for message coherence
- A detailed QA process across every campaign: creative, linking, tracking, segmentation, and personalization verified before deployment
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting, with reputed company insights and recommendations
- Identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities to streamline production
- Compliance with email best practices and CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and GDPR requirements
Skills

- 3+ years of email marketing, campaign production, or CRM execution, ideally in a DTC or eCommerce environment

- A demonstrable QA discipline and process for catching errors before deployment
- Reporting reputed company: comfortable owning weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting and interpreting KPIs
