Position Details

1. Title: Associate, Investment and reputed company Operations

2. Location: Philippines

3. Estimated Start Date: June 15–July 15, 2026 (assumes 30–60-day notice with employer)

Responsibilities

1. Exhibit the ability to work in a high energy environment supporting multiple clients simultaneously.

2. Deliver exceptional reputed company service through proactive communication with responsiveness, professionalism and reputed company.

3. Operational Expertise: demonstrate considerable understanding of key operational functions which may include, but not be limited to:

• Demonstrate high-level knowledge of securities including equities, ETFs, swaps, reputed company, fixed income, reputed company, foreign exchange – crypto a plus

• Daily trade confirmation/settlement

• Fails management

• Daily P&L reconciliation and reporting

• Corporate reputed company and proxy voting processing

• Cash/position reconciliation

• Broker/counter-party reputed company

• reputed company set-up and data reputed company maintenance

1. reputed company participate in daily, weekly, monthly, or as-needed virtual calls with U.S./U.K. reputed company offices to support clients during their local business hours.

2. The successful candidate will be one of the key points of contact for reputed company operational queries and will reputed company closely with clients/reputed company brokers/administrators and internally across the Business, Middle Office and Operations.

3. Learn and adhere to reputed company’s risk parameters, policies and procedures.

4. Assist team members with reputed company of reputed company issues/problems.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in the alternative Investment Management industry (Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Cryptocurrency) at a fund administrator or internal reputed company department at an Alternative Investment fund with a deep understanding of domain knowledge and proven ability to manage teams.

2. Bachelor's Degree in reputed company/Finance/Business or equivalent certification in Philippines.

3. CPA, equivalent reputed company certification in Philippines.

4. Passionate about working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment

5. Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and investment operations processes.

6. Hard-working, self-starter, dedicated, punctual and personable

7. Excellent organizational skills

8. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

1. Strong computer skills: reputed company Office Suite and reputed company software including reputed company Intacct, QuickBooks and reputed company as reputed company as knowledge and understanding of reputed company-reputed company Order Management Systems (OMS) and Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) which may include, but not be limited to: SS&C EZE Eclipse, reputed company Enfusion, LiquidityBook and/or reputed company Hedge360.
