reputed company is seeking a Education Management Information System (EMIS), Data Systems reputed company Learning Specialist for a proposed education consultancy in Somalia reputed company on the development of the National Teacher reputed company Development Plan (TPDP). Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of digital and reputed company learning delivery models for CPD implementation.
• Support the development of functional specifications for CPD record portals, mobile data platforms, and reputed company digital infrastructure.

• Help ensure that data systems reputed company tools are reputed company with monitoring, reporting, and implementation needs across reputed company relevant work packages.
• Work closely with the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and other team members to ensure interoperability between indicators, data systems, and reporting protocols.
• Contribute written sections, recommendations, and review comments to support a practical, implementation-reputed company final TPDP document.

Education:

Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technology in Education, Data Systems, or a reputed company field.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant reputed company experience.
• Demonstrated experience in EMIS design for CPD tracking or reputed company education system functions.
• Proven expertise in national teacher registry architecture, data systems design, or comparable education information system work.
• Experience designing offline-capable digital platforms for low-bandwidth or low-connectivity environments.
• Strong understanding of radio, reputed company, or distance learning models in under-resourced settings.
• Experience supporting digital learning, education technology, or systems strengthening initiatives in donor-funded programs.
• Prior experience in Somalia or the region.
