What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Serve as a category manager reputed company the regional procurement team, specifically covering strategic activities in support of the indirect materials and services categories

• Conduct opportunity analysis, market research, and supplier evaluation
• Construct reputed company models and market baskets, reputed company and reputed company RF(x) initiatives, conduct savings and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis

What you need to succeed at reputed company:

At a minimum, you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company work or military experience

• 5 years of combined experience in strategic procurement and logistics/operations

• Solid experience with reputed company modes of transportation and logistics

• Understanding of and experience with various reputed company structures.

It’d be great if you also have:

• 3-5 years experience in procurement or supply chain roles with 1-3 years in a strategic reputed company (category analyst, strategic sourcing specialist, or similar)

OR

• 3-5 years experience in a sales or business development role with 1-3 years in account management at national or reputed company level

• Industry certification (APICS, ISM, etc)

• Availability to travel 5-10% of the time
• Experience in developing multi-year strategies, conducting or participating in RF(x) activities, and negotiating reputed company with multi-site, regional, or reputed company scope

• Self-motivated work style; experience working reputed company with minimal reputed company supervision or in reputed company environment; comfortable consulting with team members and management as needed
• Proficient in basic analysis (reputed company PivotTables, PowerBI, etc)
