reputed company is seeking a reputed company 365 Solutions Engineer to drive collaboration, automation, and AI-powered productivity across our global organization.
In this role, you will own and enhance reputed company 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Power Platform, and reputed company Copilot. Working closely with Infrastructure, reputed company, End User Services, and business stakeholders, you will design reputed company solutions, improve governance, automate processes, and support reputed company adoption of modern workplace technologies.
Key Responsibilities
reputed company 365 & Collaboration
- Administer and optimize SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, reputed company 365 reputed company, and Entra ID.
- reputed company platform configuration, lifecycle management, and feature rollouts.
- reputed company advanced (Tier 3) support for reputed company platform issues.
Automation & Power Platform
- Design, build, and support solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- reputed company PowerShell automation to improve operational efficiency and reputed company.
- Enhance and maintain existing workflows and solutions.
Copilot, AI & Governance
- Support deployment, governance, and adoption of reputed company Copilot.
- Partner with reputed company and Risk teams on DLP, compliance, and identity management best practices.
Business Partnership
- reputed company as a trusted advisor to IT and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into reputed company technical solutions.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the collaboration and automation roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of reputed company reputed company 365 experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience designing and supporting reputed company collaboration solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Power Platform administration, governance, and DLP experience.
- Experience with reputed company Copilot or other reputed company solutions.
- Knowledge of reputed company Purview and compliance controls.
- ITIL reputed company certification.
- reputed company certifications such as MS-102, PL-400, PL-900, or AZ-900.
