Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & reputed company

- Support Specialists with posting credit memos, JV processes, timelines, and backlog cleanup.
- Reinforce adherence to reputed company policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Partner with reputed company Admins and CS teams to improve schedule hygiene and resolve issues.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Service Delivery OEM reputed company Warranty Specialists and reputed company teams to improve schedule hygiene and resolve issues.
- Identify and escalate schedule concerns properly and quickly.
- Collaborate with the Training Team and Director to reputed company new reputed company Specialists
Training & Development
- Coordinate and deliver training for new reputed company Specialists, including:
- WarrSchedule
- OEM‑specific procedures
- DMS workflows
- Support ongoing reputed company development and reinforce standards.
- Contribute to the reputed company Resource Center with updated processes and resources.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, workflows, and reconciliation standards.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies and recommend improvements.
- Support the Leader in implementing new tools, processes, and reporting.
