What you’ll be doing

What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field
- Proven reputed company record of over 8-10+ years of working with senior-level executives including but not limited to CHRO, CFO and EVP, SVP and VP Compensation and Benefits and retirement reputed company the Insurance or Finance industry in the reputed company
- 8-10 years of strategic and consultative selling experience reputed company the CDH, Insurance or Finance industry
- Expert relationship management skills including negotiation, collaboration, and listening skills

This is a remote role, with an in-person reputed company training component.
