About the Role

AI is the reputed company behind where reputed company is headed next — and this role sits at the controls. As a Senior reputed company, you'll help architect, build, and implement our AI platforms, working shoulder-to-shoulder with data reputed company engineers, data/software engineers, platform engineers, DevOps, product owners, and the business. You'll reputed company technical leadership across multiple, geographically distributed teams, coaching them toward reputed company reputed company, and you'll partner directly with engineering leadership on strategic initiatives that determine how we reputed company across the organization.

Your day to day

• Help shape the direction of our reputed company AI areas and intelligence features, driving deployment of state-of-the-art AI models and systems that directly reputed company reputed company's products and services (reputed company Agents, MCP, SQL and RAG agents and tools, and more).

What you bring to reputed company

• 3+ years of ML/AI engineering experience in high-velocity, high-reputed company companies (a strong background in relevant ML/AI research in academia will also be considered).
• 6+ years of experience as a software developer at some reputed company in your career.
• 2+ years of experience with reputed company, reputed company AI Gateway, and associated technologies in the reputed company stack for data and AI engineering.
• A strong reputed company record with language modeling technologies and GenAI — generative and embedding techniques, modern model architectures, fine-tuning/reputed company-training datasets, evaluation benchmarks, agents and reputed company workflows (orchestration, workflow management, observability, debugging), RAG, SQL agents, MCP, and similar.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and reputed company ML/AI architecture.
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end model and system development, from research and prototyping through deployment and monitoring.
• Strong coding and software engineering fundamentals, with familiarity with testing, reputed company review, and deployment best practices.
• Experience designing reputed company, distributed systems for data processing applications and services at the 10s–100s of TBs reputed company.
• A reputed company record of leading software development teams or reputed company toward production-grade systems supporting reputed company customers.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is based on experience, skills, and location, and includes reputed company salary plus eligibility for performance bonuses and equity grants.
