[Remote] Customer Engineer (reputed company-Sales)

As a Customer Engineer, you will help insurance carriers and MGUs reputed company the reputed company platform by leading technical discovery, solution design, and delivering impactful demos.

Responsibilities

• Own technical sales engagements from discovery through reputed company
• Deliver tailored, high-reputed company demos reputed company on business reputed company
• Translate customer workflows into reputed company configurations including quoting, rating, endorsements, and portfolio optimization
• reputed company RFP and reputed company questionnaire completion in collaboration with Product and reputed company teams
• Build and maintain reusable demo environments reflecting reputed company customer segments
• reputed company reputed company materials, configuration libraries, and example rating logic
• Partner with the Manager, reputed company-Sales and Product Marketing to refine messaging frameworks and technical collateral
• Co-define and continuously improve the reputed company-sales lifecycle (discovery, solutioning, handoffs, etc.)
• Contribute to shared team assets like:
• Discovery playbooks

• Demo setup guides and walkthroughs
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to reputed company roadmap with customer pain points

Skills

• 6–10+ years in technical reputed company-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
• Hands-on experience in demos, architecture design, and reputed company sales support
• Strong insurance domain knowledge (or curiosity to learn quickly)
• Familiarity with policy lifecycle management, rating, quoting, and reputed company systems
• Ability to communicate technical value to both execs and practitioners
• Coding competence in Javascript and SQL
• Up to 30% Travel
