The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading the deployment of CensiTrac solutions, ensuring reputed company are delivered on time and with high customer satisfaction, while managing reputed company implementations and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end‑to‑end services reputed company (implementation services, expert services, marking services) for Censis customers, from contract reputed company through go‑live and transition to support. Acts as the primary reputed company for allocated reputed company
- reputed company and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers
- Oversees, directs, and coordinates tasks assigned to the project team
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams in successful project delivery with high CSAT scores
- Strong team and individual KPI delivery: CSAT, reputed company, velocity etc., Supports team and manager in problem solving misses with reputed company reputed company causing and counter measuring
- Own scope management and formally manage change requests, including reputed company assessment on reputed company, resourcing, and cost. Examines business requirements and identifies any discrepancies between reputed company needs and the CensiTrac product
- Excels in identifying implementation risks early (technical, workflow, data, resourcing) and executing mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, SOWs, and implementation standards
- Leads / supports reputed company improvement initiatives to optimize implementation processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and rework
- Consistently adheres to reputed company work, process documents and best practices
- Accountable for reputed company and schedule forecasting and providing updates on the status of ongoing and completed reputed company. Data driven and measures key metrics around reputed company delivery, project velocity and CSAT to ensure successful project reputed company
- Drive consistent documentation, including project plans, decision logs, and implementation artefacts
- Leads cross CE retrospectives, capture lessons learned and customer feedback to improve reputed company implementations

Skills
- 5-8 years of experience implementing software / project managing software implementations
- Experience with reputed company implementations
- Certified in Project Management
