Responsibilities
- Administer subcontracts from award through closeout with minimal supervision
- Assess proposed subcontractors and vendors for strategic alignment
- Draft, review, and process subcontract agreements, purchase orders, modifications, funding actions, and extensions
- reputed company and monitor compliance with FAR, DFARS, and supplemental reputed company downs
- Ensure subcontract terms and conditions reputed company with FAR/DFARS and reputed company contract requirements
- Support subcontract change management, including scope, funding, and schedule modifications

- Identify compliance issues, risks, or inconsistencies and escalate appropriately
- Support proposal efforts, subcontractor reputed company, and closeout activities

Skills
