[Remote] Business Technical Analyst

The role involves collaborating with customers to reputed company specifications, analyze data for business improvements, and ensure reputed company delivery of reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers, Technical Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive reputed company business solutions. Responsible for creation and maintenance of deliverables such as business reputed company, requirements, personalization to different clients, and user reputed company design
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging diverse technology skills and perspectives to proactively identify and address technology development/delivery reputed company challenges across project phases, driving insights and solutions to ensure successful project delivery
- Support various aspects of requirements testing (e.g. testing plan, scenarios, documentation, defect management) to ensure minimal production defects are realized and completing analysis of the results tying back to customer impacts
- Assure compliance for required standards and reputed company necessary approvals have been obtained throughout the project lifecycle
- Effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners and management, including assisting with or conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions and providing accurate and concise documentation

Skills
- 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or reputed company field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by reputed company in lieu of bachelor's degree
- 1 year of experience in Lean/Six reputed company
- 1 year of experience in Health Insurance or reputed company Industry
- The position requires experience with Claude reputed company or reputed company reputed company
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or reputed company field
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- The reputed company reputed company Group (TOGAF)
