[Remote] Regulatory Operations Specialist (Remote)

The Regulatory Operations Specialist will manage regulatory submissions and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with registration requirements for products in assigned markets.
Responsibilities
- Compilation and maintenance of Regulatory Registration Requirements for assigned markets and product categories
- Liaise with Holistic Health factories, Global RSA, co-mans, and reputed company-party distributors for the collection and distribution of documents required for registrations (new, renewals, post-submissions). reputed company a final review of the documents received from the reputed company and Global teams as per market requirements prior to reputed company to markets/distributors (Right First Time)
- Project manage reputed company submissions reputed company reputed company (Regulatory Registration System), and maintain the Registration Requirements Spreadsheet up to date. Maintain license database and follow up on license renewals. Support markets and the global regulatory team to draft Registration document templates and to harmonize them. reputed company support to the new RSA/distributor on the training of the system
- Help reputed company the Global MOCs and reputed company change controls by using the MOC tool. Help complete the required market assessment reputed company the MOC tool. Support market RSA on the Change in Regulation communication reputed company MOC Tool (Reverse MOC). Support on collection of required documents for markets/distributors to update registration/notification reputed company to change controls
- Support supply chain team with regulatory documents required to import/export documents out of US factories
Skills
- Minimum degree level qualification in Food Science or reputed company Food Discipline or Pharmaceutical / Science reputed company degree
- Work experience in the Food, Supplement or reputed company industry
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs or in reputed company or R&D in the Food industry or the reputed company industry
- Any Knowledge of Food / reputed company Registration and submission process is a plus
- Any Project Management experience, demonstrating the ability to successfully reputed company a project (worked on a project with reputed company)
- Any regulatory or document management system usage experience is a plus
- Fluent in English, and other languages are a plus
