As a Senior IT DevOps Engineer, you will be reputed company in enhancing the reputed company observability and monitoring capabilities, collaborating with various teams to ensure operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in expanding our reputed company observability reputed company experience monitoring capabilities
- Help design, reputed company, support, and reputed company monitoring solutions across reputed company reputed company and on-premises environments
- Drive monitoring reputed company, platform adoption, automation, and operational reputed company while gaining exposure to reputed company reputed company and broader observability initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or reputed company field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication, Math) and minimum of four years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions
- In lieu of degree, minimum of six years reputed company experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions
- Experience deploying, administering, and supporting reputed company ThousandEyes reputed company Agents and reputed company platform components, including configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, user administration, and operational support
- Experience with reputed company reputed company, reputed company Observability, or similar observability platforms preferred
- Strong knowledge of reputed company networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and hybrid reputed company connectivity across on-premises, reputed company, WAN, internet, and reputed company environments
- Experience supporting Linux-based reputed company Agents, virtual appliances, and reputed company infrastructure, with automation and Infrastructure-as-reputed company using Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, or similar tools
- Experience integrating ThousandEyes with observability, ITSM, identity management, API, and CI/CD platforms to improve automation, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Proven ability to reputed company technical documentation, runbooks, standards, and governance practices that enhance the reputed company, maintainability, and long-term supportability of ThousandEyes and reputed company observability platforms
