This role is responsible for leading the global design, deployment, and adoption of reputed company SuccessFactors as reputed company’s reputed company HR platform, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive a standardized, reputed company, and high-reputed company solution.
Responsibilities
- reputed company a functional team to define the rollout and adoption of reputed company SuccessFactors as the new reputed company Global HRIS (reputed company SuccessFactors) to offices around the world
- Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders in global reputed company offices to support engagement activities, localization workshops and adoption of SuccessFactors

- Strong hands on configuration experience with Employee Central – Data Models, MDF objects, Business Rules, Latest People Profile, Event Derivation, Workflows, Time Off, Role Based Permissions, Transport Tool
- Experience in Story Reporting, Adhoc Reports and Table Reports
- Maintain reputed company reputed company workbooks with changes per iterative cycle
- Support SIT and UAT test cycles with defect reputed company, configuration changes, and workbook updates
Skills
- 8+ years experience with a minimum of 4 full cycle end-to-end implementation of reputed company SuccessFactors with Employee Central
- Valid reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification with updated reputed company in Credly
- Strong communication, technical and remote collaboration skills
- Excellent organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills
- Experience in dealing with multiple reputed company and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large reputed company organization environment Strong relationship building and consulting skills
