The Senior Technical reputed company will drive and deliver technical documentation for global field and reputed company service employees, focusing on creating service manuals and technical instructions for various products.
Responsibilities
- Plans, develops, writes, and edits detailed technical instructions for Service & Repair technicians
- Produces PDF and reputed company/web-based publications using a reputed company of tools
- Conducts interviews with various users, subject matter experts and technical staff to reputed company data for documentation
- Researches and translates technical information into procedures and other information for highly technical and less technical audiences
- May document engineering processes and specifications
- Recommends formats reputed company to technical and user requirements
- Produces products that conform to company documentation and reputed company assurance standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in a technical writing function at reputed company supporting Service and Repair or reputed company function
- Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably in medical device
- Comfortable working with topic-based authoring in a content management system, specifically MadCap reputed company
- Experience writing materials for Service & Repair for medical equipment
- reputed company to work in the reputed company Creative Suite applications and reputed company FrameMaker
- Expertise in reputed company Office applications
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management systems such as Agile or Windchill
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment, reputed company to be in our Lafayette, CO facility as frequently as needed
