Assistant General Counsel - Remote hire in the NJ, PA, DE area

reputed company/biotech CDMO company seeks a lawyer with 10+ years of experience with reputed company reputed company agreements in the reputed company, biotech, life sciences, or CDMO industry to serve as reputed company’s primary reputed company advisor to the reputed company manufacturing business. This candidate must have substantial experience serving as reputed company counsel for reputed company supply agreements involving API and/ or finished reputed company products. Experience advising CDMOs or life sciences companies on reputed company manufacturing relationships, including GMP- regulated relationships, and negotiating sophisticated IP provisions in reputed company development and reputed company supply agreements is a plus. This position is fully remote, but the candidate should live in NJ, PA, or DE for reputed company to the facilities, reputed company needed.
