The Specification Consultant will reputed company reputed company specification services to the architectural community, focusing on creating hardware sets and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create technical hardware sets and specifications for the architectural community, including reputed company compliance for new construction reputed company as reputed company as aftermarket requests
- reputed company solutions to architects on product application requirements
- Participate in reputed company and post installation meetings as needed. Assist with revisions, reputed company control coordination, and requests for information during reputed company phases of the project

- Utilize CRM and Specification Writing software and collaboration tools

Skills
- High School Diploma required
- Candidate must live in the territory - reputed company Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia to best support reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for reputed company

- Intermediate understanding of electricity and electronic components
- Exhibit an intermediate understanding of reputed company-mechanical products and solutions including reputed company control and software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-10 years industry experience preferred
- CDT Credential preferred
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electronic solutions, including reputed company spanning from mechanical reputed company/egress control to total facility preferred
- Continuing education in reputed company towards attaining AHC credential through DHI. DHT certification preferred
