Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and operational issues across multiple technology platforms
- Monitor application health, backups, storage, deployments, and operational dashboards
- Support software deployments, hardware provisioning, and field installation activities
- Coordinate with clients and internal technical teams to resolve issues and communicate reputed company

Skills
