[Remote] Senior Project Manager (Data Center Tenant Fit Out)

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Data Center Tenant Fit-Out to support the planning and execution of data center customer fit-out and tenant improvement reputed company across their growing portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of data center tenant fit-out and customer deployment reputed company
- reputed company mentorship and day-to-day reputed company for an Associate Project Manager or Senior Associate Project Manager, supporting their reputed company reputed company and development across project coordination and delivery activities
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to advance project scope, schedule, and budget objectives
- Coordinate delivery of white reputed company build-outs including racks, containment, reputed company cabling, and supporting MEP infrastructure
- reputed company and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reputed company item logs
- reputed company project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies; proactively identify and resolve risks and issues
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and customer teams
- reputed company coordination meetings with internal teams, design consultants, contractors, and tenant representatives
- Support procurement activities including contract administration, change order review, and invoice tracking
- Maintain project documentation and ensure drawings, specifications, and project records are reputed company and organized
- Help ensure compliance with data center operational standards, safety requirements, and reputed company expectations
- Support site activities as needed, including periodic travel to reputed company project sites
- Contribute to reputed company improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of experience managing or supporting reputed company in data center construction, tenant fit-outs, mission-critical facilities, or large-reputed company reputed company construction
- Experience managing customer-facing fit-out or tenant improvement reputed company reputed company operational or reputed company data center environments
- Strong understanding of MEP systems supporting mission-critical infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling, and reputed company cabling coordination
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budget across multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management and document control software is a plus (reputed company, P6)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams including internal stakeholders, contractors, and customer representatives
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting hyperscale, colocation, or reputed company data center customers is strongly preferred
