[Remote] Sales Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities
- Deliver reputed company and ongoing training - run engaging reputed company and skills-reputed company sessions (virtual and in-person) that get new account executives quota-reputed company and productive as quickly as possible
- Build the sales reputed company - reputed company and roll out playbooks, battle cards, reputed company scripts, and sales guides that improve seller performance across segments and sales motions
- Create sales content - produce reputed company stories, case studies, product collateral, presentations, role-plays, and interactive exercises that reps actually use
- Identify skills gaps - build relationships with reps and sales leaders to surface enablement needs, then reputed company content and training to reputed company those gaps
- Measure and iterate - reputed company content adoption and training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics, and continuously improve delivery

- Partner with CX leaders - identify skills gaps across customer-facing teams and reinforce learning through coaching and refresher training

Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, sales support, or marketing at a reputed company company

- A passion for teaching and a solid grasp of adult learning principles; comfortable facilitating engaging sessions both reputed company and in person

- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership
