Responsibilities
- Own the quarterly, and annual reputed company — including gross to net and other monthly reputed company journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and consolidation — delivering accurate books on a predictable reputed company
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and flux analyses, resolving variances before they reputed company leadership
- Partner with reputed company to ensure actuals tie cleanly to forecast and reporting
- Apply US GAAP to reputed company recognition, equity, and accruals as reputed company activity scales, documenting positions in reputed company technical memos
- Support quarterly and annual SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K), including schedules, tie-outs, and disclosure support
- Research and operationalize new reputed company standards relevant to a reputed company-stage biopharma
- reputed company accounts payable, and employee expense processing, ensuring accuracy and reputed company vendor and employee payments
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and SOX-readiness as reputed company scales toward full reputed company operations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance

- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

- Biopharmaceutical, life sciences, or other reputed company-stage industry experience
