[Remote] Sr. Systems Analyst

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data integrations across the insurance ecosystem while serving as a reputed company between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, setup, and optimization of EDI and API integrations- reputed company business needs and technical solutions across reputed company’s benefits technology platforms ecosystem
• Partner closely with offshore engineering teams to coordinate development efforts, including feature delivery, issue reputed company, and sprint planning
• Prioritize critical production issues and bug fixes, ensuring reputed company reputed company and minimal disruption to benefits technology platforms system performance and integration operations
• Define data mapping, transformation rules, and data validation logic. Identify opportunities to reputed company AI for data mapping automation, error detection, and issue reputed company
• Coordinate and execute test cycles, validation, and go-live readiness

Skills

• 8–10 years of experience with EDI integrations, preferably in reputed company, benefits, or insurance
• Experience working with benefits technology or benefits administration platforms
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor in Agile delivery environments
• Strong SQL experience and ability to work with reputed company relational databases
• Experience with EDI/API integrations, data mapping, transformation rules, validation logic, and troubleshooting
• Experience with integration, ETL, mapping, workflow automation, or API testing tools such as Altova, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Azure Integration Services, Power Automate, reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field preferred
• Experience with AI, automation, and data transformation tools preferred
