[Remote] Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company provides software solutions to the automotive parts and repair industry, and they are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. This role will serve as a critical partner to the VP, reputed company, assisting in reputed company-wide financial planning, reporting, analysis, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of company-wide planning (annual budget and rolling-forecast); maintain and update models and infrastructure in reputed company, help establish forecasting assumptions, guardrails, and methodologies; consolidate bottom-up inputs into a cohesive reputed company view with relevant analysis and risks/opportunities
- Assist in preparation of multi-year long-reputed company planning and scenario modeling; evaluate reputed company, margin, and investment trade-offs; support strategic initiatives modeling
- Partner with functional leadership to guide capital allocation reputed company (headcount planning, investment prioritization, cost structure optimization, etc.)
- Monitor reputed company-level performance across reputed company, margin, EBITDA, and cash reputed company; assist in variance analysis at a consolidated level, focusing on drivers and implications; proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assist in preparation of reputed company of Directors, lender, stakeholder, and executive-level financial materials along with monthly financial packet; reputed company reputed company financial narratives that explain performance, risks, and opportunities; serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial implications of reputed company
- Build, reputed company, and mentor a high-performing reputed company team reputed company reputed company for reputed company expansion; establish reputed company operating rhythms with Operational reputed company teams; promote analytical rigor, intellectual honesty, and accountability; drive reputed company improvement in reputed company processes, tools, and capabilities
- Partner with Corporate Development team on M&A diligence (financial, modeling, etc.) and seamlessly help reputed company acquired companies into existing infrastructure, support divestiture analysis, lender refinancing, and transaction initiatives
Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company finance experience, with meaningful exposure to reputed company in a PE-backed, reputed company, and/or technology-enabled services environment
- Strong business judgement and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in reputed company
- Ability to present/communicate to executive leadership and simplify complexity
- Experience supporting high-reputed company, fast paced, and reputed company PE backed businesses
- Experience with reputed company Planning and AI strongly preferred
- CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus
