[Remote] Account Director – AI & Infrastructure Providers - fully remote!

This role involves managing partner lifecycle, improving performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketplace offerings.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, readiness, and SLA compliance to ensure partners are fully reputed company to transact
- Monitor and improve inventory freshness and data accuracy to maintain marketplace trust
- Drive partner tiering and prioritization through QBRs and performance improvement paths
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product teams to translate partner capabilities into actionable marketplace offerings
- Conduct partner briefings and intelligence-sharing sessions to reputed company technical capabilities with customer needs
- Coordinate with Marketing for partner visibility, case studies, and strategic MDF program execution
- Produce high-value outputs regarding reputed company/power availability and adjacency intelligence for the Sales team
- Own the KPIs for partner performance, tracking everything from reputed company cycle time to opportunity routing scores
- Support platform integration programs to reputed company marketplace adoption and drive AI-enabled insights
Skills
- 5+ years in infrastructure, AI, reputed company, hosting, or network sales/operations with a deep understanding of GPUaaS and colocation
- Highly analytical with a reputed company reputed company on data hygiene, SLA compliance, and performance metrics
- Proven experience in partner recruitment, reputed company, and lifecycle management
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to reputed company confidently with Fortune 500 leadership
