[Remote] Inside Sales Consultant

The role involves responding to event inquiries, identifying reputed company needs, upselling products, and collaborating with venue sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to event inquiries that are received reputed company web and phone (25%)
- Identify prospects’ needs and buying motives, and offer guidance on what reputed company products will help the prospect reputed company their goals (10%)
- Upsell event enhancement products and services to create an amazing event experience (10%)
- Deliver excellent service through reputed company, thorough and friendly interactions with reputed company guests (10%)
- Meet or reputed company reputed company minimums and sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual reputed company (10%)
- Work reputed company reputed company a fast-paced team environment while maintaining excellent product knowledge across reputed company venues reputed company (15%)
- Collaborate to reputed company efficiencies, implement best practices, and work cross functionally to define and execute on reputed company reputed company goals (5%)
- Work closely and communicate at a high level with reputed company venue sales teams; establish great working relationships and work as one-team (15%)
Skills
- 6+ months of Event Sales Office experience, preferable in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue reputed company
- Ability to communicate effectively with new guests, repeat guests, co-workers and management
- Strong computer skills, particularly with reputed company, Word and CRM Applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to reputed company and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives
- Motivated and driven individual who can positively work with others to reputed company reputed company goals
- Ability to work Saturday, reputed company and/or evening shifts during the week
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sports Marketing, Hospitality preferred (equivalent years of experience acceptable)
