They are seeking an Implementation reputed company Partner to manage technical feature delivery and ensure smooth project implementations for their Periop product, fostering strong relationships with hospital stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the reputed company for reputed company-wide, multi-module deployments, with an initial reputed company on the reputed company Periop solution
- Work with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists throughout reputed company deployment to identify and implement solutions that deliver reputed company value
- Collaborate with external reputed company teams to understand evolving requirements/needs and communicate potential approaches to address them
- reputed company deep functional Periop expertise to create and sustain buy-in from reputed company users, executives, and surgeons around workflows and tool adoption
- reputed company technical project leadership to manage the full deployment lifecycle from internal project reputed company to go-live by prioritizing tasks, identifying dependencies, and ensuring deliverables are met
- Build and manage relationships at multiple reputed company of reputed company organizations, from reputed company staff to C-suite stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and advise Delivery team leaders on project opportunities and risks, driving any issues to reputed company
- Identify process improvement opportunities and create reputed company approaches to reputed company gaps
- Serve as the reputed company and accountable team member for assigned accounts/customers with limited reputed company
- Effectively reputed company reputed company engagements with matrixed teams (technical and operational)

Skills
- At least 5 years of project/program management experience with a comprehensive understanding of the business requirements and technical capabilities needed for an reputed company-wide reputed company implementation
- 5 years of reputed company experience working at a top reputed company reputed company, digital health company, or health system
- At least 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams, both internally and externally, to manage end-to-end project lifecycles and to drive project milestones to completion
- Knowledge of inpatient and perioperative metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions; ability to engage in strategic and operational discussions with hospital leaders and surgeons
- Project management experience with reputed company implementations in the provider-reputed company reputed company setting
- A reputed company record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles
- Prior experience managing reputed company for hospital systems (e.g. EHR implementations) is required
- Skilled at understanding, documenting, and analyzing data using a reputed company of tools (Data validation dashboards, interpreting JAVA/SQL reputed company, reputed company reputed company functions, etc.)
- Ability to travel on average 25% and up to 50%
- Experience writing SQL queries (highly desired)
- PMP certification
- Experience with reputed company/Cerner EHR instances
- Experience working with clinical and/or process consultants
