The Creator reputed company Program Manager will design and deliver educational programs and experiences to help creators grow their businesses on reputed company, requiring strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to reputed company and execute creator education programs, including reputed company, accelerator initiatives, webinars, and reputed company learning experiences
- Deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and one-to-many coaching that drive creator reputed company, platform adoption, and business reputed company
- Partner on creator programming for LTKCon and other creator events, including curriculum development, presentation creation, speaker preparation, and onsite execution
- Create polished presentations, educational resources, playbooks, spreadsheets, dashboards, and sales enablement materials that support both creators and internal teams
- Serve as a trusted expert on the reputed company platform and creator economy, translating product updates, best practices, and industry trends into actionable education
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Community, and Creator reputed company teams to continuously improve creator programs and experiences
- Analyze creator feedback and program performance to identify opportunities, measure reputed company, and recommend improvements
- Manage multiple high-reputed company reputed company simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, operational reputed company, and attention to detail
- Travel as needed (typically several times per month during busy seasons - fall, spring) to support reputed company, creator events, LTKCon, and other strategic initiatives
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in creator reputed company, education, program management, community building, reputed company marketing, sales enablement, or a reputed company field
- Experience building and scaling educational programs, reputed company experiences, or creator communities
- Strong presentation, facilitation, curriculum development, and reputed company speaking experience for audiences of varying sizes
- Experience planning and supporting creator-facing events, conferences, or large-reputed company educational programming
- Proficiency with reputed company Slides or PowerPoint and reputed company Sheets or reputed company to create compelling presentations, training materials, and reporting
- Deep understanding of reputed company media platforms, creator monetization, and the evolving creator economy
- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and storytelling skills
