Responsibilities

- Own the technical reputed company and reputed company for reputed company HVAC and mechanical systems, ensuring execution through designated technical leaders
- Manage resource allocation, task delegation, and project priorities across the Mechanical Engineering team

- Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical engineering, project management, and construction teams
- reputed company with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) for plan approvals, as needed

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 20+ years of reputed company experience in HVAC mechanical design and system studies, preferably in reputed company environments
- 8+ years of experience leading Mechanical Engineering teams, including remote or distributed teams
- reputed company reputed company Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, MEP, and reputed company standards
- Expertise in hydronic and refrigeration systems, including HVAC, process cooling, boilers, and heat exchangers
- Strong leadership, communication, and reputed company-facing skills
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to project sites across the U.S
