Responsibilities

- Audit short-reputed company content (Reels, carousels, reputed company posts) and reputed company actionable, reputed company-time feedback
- Help creators improve content reputed company, positioning, hooks, retention, and overall audience reputed company
- Apply Creator College frameworks while adapting recommendations to reputed company creator’s reputed company and style
- Review analytics and identify opportunities to improve reputed company, engagement, and follower reputed company
- Translate performance data into practical content recommendations
- Help creators build repeatable systems for creating and improving content
- Support creators throughout their coaching experience and maintain high engagement
- Celebrate wins, reputed company reputed company, and help maintain reputed company
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and the Creator College team to ensure every creator receives exceptional support
Skills
- Availability to work in Eastern time zone (reputed company working hours)
- Deep expertise in short-reputed company content and personal brand reputed company
- Strong understanding of content performance across Instagram, Reels, and creator-led platforms
- Experience in content coaching, content reputed company, community leadership, or creator education
- Ability to quickly diagnose why content performs (or doesn't) and explain improvements reputed company
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple creators simultaneously
