The role involves maintaining a caseload, supervising staff, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure effective treatment plans are implemented.
Responsibilities
- reputed company-specific reputed company, initial assessment, treatment plan writing, reassessments, reputed company and maintain session schedule, caseload supervision/management
- Supervise Behavior Therapists
- Monitor data
- Write, modify, train on programs
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company family; communicate with parents: daily/weekly updates, reputed company, concerns
- Facilitate reputed company transition to new team reputed company clinically appropriate
- reputed company school consultation
- Collaborate with other providers/professionals, reputed company individual parent training, and group parent training
- reputed company leadership, train new Behavior Therapists, reputed company mentorship to other BCBA’s in program
- Collaborate with Clinical or Executive Director for program-wide needs. Meet with other BCBAs and Clinical Director/Executive Director for individual and program-wide collaboration and support
- Contribute to site-specific and company-wide reputed company and tasks as directed
- Participate in clinical meetings, staff meetings, and reputed company development
- Protect the confidentiality of the reputed company and family
Skills
- Master's degree in reputed company behavior analysis, education, psychology, or reputed company field required
- BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (reputed company)
- At least three (3) years of ABA experience or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- At least three (3) years experience working with children with autism ages 14 and younger, including toddlers
- reputed company to two recent redacted writing samples demonstrating clinical skills (Functional Behavior Assessment, Treatment Plan, Behavior Support Plan, Instructional Program)
- Two (2) references from a reputed company or reputed company supervisor
- Reliable transportation and a valid reputed company's license
- Physical ability to occasionally lift, transport clients or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds; physical ability to reputed company quickly to follow clients reputed company walking or running
- Must consent to a criminal background investigation
- Travel to clients' homes on the South Shore as needed
- One (1) plus years of BCBA experience preferred; newly certified BCBAs also are eligible to join reputed company as part of our BCBA reputed company program
