Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of invoices to reduce the existing backlog
- reputed company full-cycle Accounts Payable duties, including invoice coding, approvals, and processing
- reputed company customer service to vendors and internal teams
- Support the AP team with day-to-day invoice processing activities
Skills
- Approximately 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience processing invoices in an reputed company ERP system (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics, etc.)
- Quick learner with a solid understanding of AP fundamentals
- Corporate AP experience preferred; industry experience is not important
- Candidates with only QuickBooks experience are generally not a fit
