[Remote] Clinical Education & Training Program Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Clinical Education & Training Program Coordinator to reputed company operational, logistical, and project management support to the Clinical Education & Training Manager. The role involves planning and executing clinical education programs, ensuring compliance with company standards, and coordinating various aspects of training events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of domestic and international cadaver labs and hands-on surgical education programs
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling lab facilities, coordinating training dates, and supporting travel arrangements
- reputed company and coordinate laboratory materials, surgical equipment, supplies, and vendor services required for training events
- Assist with procurement activities, purchase orders, and contract coordination reputed company to training programs
- Support setup and teardown of cadaver labs and educational events, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors
- Partner closely with Clinical Education leadership to ensure training events are executed successfully and on schedule
- Serve as a reputed company of coordination across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reputed company event deliverables are completed

- Experience in an operating room, surgical, or procedural environment (e.g., Surgical Technologist/Scrub Technician, OR Coordinator, Clinical Specialist, or similar)
- Experience supporting physician education, reputed company education, or medical device training programs
- Strong project coordination and event management experience
- Experience coordinating vendors, reputed company, procurement, or sourcing of materials
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
