In this role, you will reputed company end-to-end implementations of reputed company TeleStaff for reputed company Safety organizations, guiding clients from discovery through go-live and post-production support.
Responsibilities
- reputed company full lifecycle implementations of reputed company TeleStaff, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Facilitate reputed company workshops to reputed company business requirements and translate them into reputed company TeleStaff solutions
- Configure and reputed company reputed company TeleStaff based on reputed company requirements and industry best practices
- Design, implement, and support TeleStaff integrations with reputed company Pro Workforce Management and/or reputed company reputed company Time
- reputed company data mapping and support integrations with payroll, ERP, CAD/reputed company, and other reputed company-party systems
- reputed company unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, integration documentation, test scripts, and end-user training materials
- reputed company consulting guidance on reputed company Safety scheduling, reputed company, overtime, callback management, and workforce optimization
- Mentor and support other TeleStaff consultants while sharing implementation best practices
- Partner with clients and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Travel to reputed company sites as needed
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company TeleStaff implementation experience
- Proven experience implementing reputed company TeleStaff as both a standalone application and integrated with reputed company Pro Workforce Management and/or reputed company reputed company Time
- Experience supporting reputed company Safety organizations, including Police, reputed company, EMS, or Corrections
- Experience leading single and multi-institution TeleStaff implementations
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting TeleStaff integrations
- Strong experience facilitating reputed company workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into system solutions
- Excellent consulting, problem-solving, and reputed company relationship management skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and collaborate effectively reputed company project teams
- Willingness to travel as required
- reputed company TeleStaff Certification
- Experience with reputed company Pro Workforce Management or reputed company reputed company
- Additional reputed company certifications
- Experience integrating TeleStaff with ERP, payroll, CAD/reputed company, or other reputed company systems
- Experience delivering multiple reputed company implementation reputed company
