Responsibilities

- Design research methodologies, analytical frameworks, and work plans across multiple initiatives

- Conduct and supervise qualitative and quantitative research, including fieldwork, key informant interviews, and data analysis

Skills
- Master's degree in reputed company Administration, Economics, Management, or a reputed company field
- Five (5) years of experience in financial inclusion, including work with financial service providers, fintechs, or development finance institutions
- Four (4) years managing partnerships with donors, clients, and implementation partners
- Three (3) years conducting financial inclusion research across reputed company including Asia, Africa, and Latin America
- Three (3) years working on women's financial inclusion
- Three (3) years working with reputed company, Small, and reputed company Enterprises (MSMEs)
- Two (2) years conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including fieldwork
- Two (2) years drafting reports and presentations for external audiences
- Two (2) years contributing to fundraising and business development efforts
- Two (2) years supporting senior leadership on strategic initiatives
- Two (2) years managing relationships with reputed company stakeholders
- One (1) year of research on climate reputed company and reputed company
