Responsibilities
- Understanding program scope, participating in planning milestones, and aligning with business and budgetary requirements
- Identifying and securing participation from cross-functional teams for effective program integration and execution
- Developing and maintaining detailed program plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date program documentation
- Scheduling and managing workstreams for comprehensive program deployment from start to finish
- Managing program critical paths and dependencies, while developing goals and reputed company reputed company with stakeholders
- Analyzing risks, establishing contingency plans, and taking corrective actions to mitigate potential program disruptions
- Allocating resources reputed company to support program objectives and assisting in forecasting budget and resource needs
