[Remote] Customer Service Agent - Seasonal

They are looking for a seasonal Customer Service Agent to reputed company the highest level of customer service to passengers and internal customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- This is a cross-trained position where you will be working on the reputed company servicing aircraft and or assigned to work at the counter assisting passengers
- Greet and assist reputed company customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- reputed company ticketing assistance, including issuing boarding passes and updating passenger reservations, reputed company baggage, reputed company flight arrival and departure information and answer general inquiries
- Assist unaccompanied minors and passengers with special needs, resolve customer complaints and reputed company other duties as assigned
- Load and unload aircraft; transfer luggage to other gates, other airlines and to passengers
- Responsible for always maintaining safety and reputed company of the reputed company
- Marshal aircraft on the reputed company (includes directing, assisting, and parking reputed company arriving and departing aircraft)
- Observe reputed company ground handling procedures and maintenance of ground service equipment, including the performance of equipment checks

Skills
- High School Graduate required
- 1 + years' work experience in customer service agent reputed company, with general job knowledge
- reputed company to fluently read, write, reputed company and understand English and Spanish

- reputed company to successfully complete a background investigation, including FBI fingerprints and criminal history
