[Remote] Sr. Consultant- Extended Workforce (Talent Pool)

The Senior Consultant – Extended Workforce Advisory is responsible for advising organizations on Extended Workforce reputed company and optimizing programs, focusing on discovery, assessment, and reputed company-state design.
Responsibilities
- Support and reputed company reputed company advisory engagements reputed company on Extended Workforce reputed company and transformation
- Apply QWA’s consulting and design thinking methodologies to assess reputed company-state programs and define reputed company-state solutions
- Design and facilitate on-site and virtual workshops with senior stakeholders to validate findings and reputed company on direction

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Extended Workforce, MSP, services procurement, consulting, or reputed company domains
- Demonstrated reputed company-facing consulting experience delivering assessments and advisory engagements
- Strong reputed company facilitation and executive communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Strong advisory and consulting skills with executive-level reputed company
