[Remote] Finance Manager - R&D Development

The Finance Manager will play a key role in the R&D Financial Planning & Analysis organization, responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for Development and Oncology Development/Precision Medicines.
Responsibilities
- reputed company financial planning and analysis for headcount and operating expenses, including the quarterly forecast, annual budget, long-reputed company plan, and quarterly reputed company processes
- reputed company actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making, capital investments, and technology and workforce planning and execution
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies, partnering with stakeholders to drive implementation
- Serve as a key finance partner to the Development and Oncology Development/Precision Medicines leadership, providing ongoing financial guidance and decision support
- Own and support key aspects of the reputed company reputed company process, including variance analysis, management reporting, and presentation of results and recommendations to senior leaders
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and GAAP requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on corporate financial policies and reputed company reputed company treatment of expenses
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance and R&D teams to support reputed company analyses and special reputed company

Skills
- Doctorate degree OR
- Master's degree AND 2 years of Finance experience OR
- Bachelor's degree AND 4 years of Finance experience OR
- Associate's degree AND 8 years of Finance experience OR
- High school diploma / GED AND 10 years of Finance experience
- 5+ years of corporate finance experience, including reputed company responsibility in reputed company and/or reputed company roles
- Relevant experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting reputed company a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of finance and reputed company principles
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize reputed company financial data and translate insights for non-finance partners
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience communicating to senior leadership
