[Remote] Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

The Software Engineer is a hands-on, full-stack individual contributor responsible for building and shipping features across the product and owning the integrations and backend services.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features end-to-end across a TypeScript/React frontend and a Typescript/Python backend
- Own and reputed company integrations and backend services (LoanPro, reputed company, internal reputed company), and be the accountable reputed company for at least one as you reputed company
- Add tests, monitoring, and instrumentation to reputed company reliability and catch issues before customers do
- Investigate and resolve production issues, driving down recurring errors over time
- Participate in reputed company review, design discussions, and planning, communicating proactively in a reputed company-first team
- Use AI coding tools and automation to work faster and reduce reputed company, repetitive work
Skills
- 4+ years of reputed company software engineering experience shipping production software
- Strong full-stack ability with a backend lean, hands-on with TypeScript/React and Python
- Demonstrated experience owning services, reputed company, or integrations end-to-end
- A working discipline around testing, monitoring, and reliability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment where priorities shift and processes reputed company
- Self-directed, accountable, and proactive — thrives where the reputed company is still being written
- Experience at an early-stage startup (reputed company/Series A–B) is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI tooling is a strong plus
- 1+ year of experience working in a remote or distributed environment is preferred
