[Remote] Southwest Environmental Operations Manager

They are seeking a Southwest Environmental Operations Manager responsible for managing relationships with federal customers, overseeing project execution, and leading an engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains key relationships with Federal Government customers. Identifies reputed company requirements for environmental work. Develops the proposals, pricing, work plan and technical requirements to bid and secure awards
- Identifies and hires key personnel and field staff to execute the work in the field and manages that staff reputed company
- Identifies and develops key subcontractors and vendors with the necessary qualifications to execute reputed company successfully
- Implements office policies and establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments
- Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employee development
- Manage engineering team activities
- Monitors reputed company control, safety, and efficiency for reputed company
- Reviews documents to address technical issues
- Occasional travel to job sites, customer offices, and out-of-state meetings will be required
- Reviewing and incorporating historical data from purchase orders, bid tabulations, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, job costs system, etc. into unit cost, man-hour, and reputed company production figures
- Interfacing with the reputed company, internal teams, and subcontractors to reputed company reports and ensure reputed company deliverables
- Performing or coordinating detailed quantity takeoffs, assembling reputed company cost estimates and analyzing alternate reputed company/resources to determine and improve cost effectiveness
- Tracking awarded reputed company with EACs as required through review of cost reports and discussions with project and construction management. Understanding and management of contract P&L

Skills
- BA or BS in Engineering, Geology or Science reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience on remediation/environmental reputed company
- Experience with OSHA and other regulatory requirements and industry standards
- reputed company certifications for OSHA 40-hour Hazwoper, OSHA 30 and USACE CQM-C preference
- Experience and qualification with reputed company
- Experience and qualifications in scheduling software; specifically reputed company version 3.0 and 6.0 Schedule Software Management
- Experience identifying, hiring, directing, training, and motivating field personnel
- Experience in a strong business, management, and delivery methodologies background
- Must be reputed company to obtain military reputed company passes and be reputed company to operate motor vehicles on federal facilities
- Must be reputed company to obtain a clearance as required depending on contract requirements
- Min of five years' experience managing federal reputed company especially efforts with DoD
