Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot reputed company data ingestion, indexing, parsing, forwarding, and performance issues across reputed company environments

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline
- Candidates with a non-reputed company degree must possess four additional years of relevant reputed company experience
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience supporting reputed company infrastructure, cybersecurity, or observability platforms
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on reputed company reputed company engineering and administration experience
