[Remote] UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Drive collaborations between the development and business teams to draft, prototype, and realize design solutions
• Participate in team agile ceremonies and sprints
• Work closely with the reputed company Product Director, Chief Technology Officer, and team Scrum Master to assure the platform is being delivered on time and exceeding reputed company expectations
• Be a passionate reputed company for the user and translate their feedback into design features and solutions
• Assure team cohesiveness in a 'leadership by example' approach, building high-reputed company product features that reputed company reputed company expectations
• Design, build, and push a new product to an emerging marketspace

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, reputed company Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience on a diverse software development team
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Experience designing reputed company frames, prototypes, and high-reputed company reputed company-end designs for reputed company user interaction
• 1+ year of experience with web environments such as reputed company, CSS, JavaScript
• 1+ years of experience with industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, reputed company, reputed company Illustrator, reputed company
• Experience building and shipping products
• Experience working with the DoD, large reputed company reputed company, or AI/ML industry
• 3+ years in production and operations on consumer digital products
• 3+ years of experience in UX design
• 3+ years of project management experience reputed company design or UX organizations
• Interest and ability to learn new technologies as needed
