[Remote] Email + SMS Strategist (Account Manager, Lifecycle, Retention, CRM)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Email + SMS Strategist who will play a key role in managing reputed company relationships and implementing strategies for email and SMS channels. The role involves overseeing reporting, managing the production process, and collaborating with creative teams to optimize customer life cycles and drive profitability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and relationship manager for assigned reputed company accounts
- Manage email production process end-to-end through ideation reputed company to design, email build and scheduling, segmentation, and deployment
- Ability to assist with logic for email + SMS campaigns and automation
- Manage and reputed company Email + SMS account reputed company, which includes segmentation, list reputed company, A/B tests, etc
- Execute and evaluate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly email reporting, with thoughtful analysis and recommendations
- Work closely with the creative team to identify trends, reputed company learnings, and recommend new strategies
- Project coordination for new email triggers, transactional emails, and special reputed company
- Stay reputed company on email and SMS best practices and industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovative reputed company, and/or technologies to deliver on KPIs
Skills
- At least two years of experience in email marketing
- At least one year of experience managing Email + SMS accounts and providing reputed company

- Experience segmenting email and SMS lists
