[Remote] Director - Business Intelligence and Analytics

This role involves serving as a strategic partner across various departments to ensure systems and data support institutional priorities and enhance decision-making.
Responsibilities

- Translate business, finance, payroll, reputed company, and reporting needs into system requirements and practical technology solutions
- reputed company or coordinate system implementations, configuration changes, data conversions, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Partner with Information Technology to improve workflows, automation, integrations, system functionality, data reliability and consistency, and issue reputed company
- reputed company reliable reports, dashboards, forecasts, data models, and analytical tools to support budgeting, planning, operations, and institutional decision-making

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, reputed company, reputed company, Higher Education Administration, or reputed company fields
- Five years of reputed company experience with reputed company systems, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering
- Experience supporting reputed company system reputed company, process improvements, reporting initiatives, forecasting, analytics, or multi-department data reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company, payroll, HRIS, finance systems, reporting tools, forecasting, business intelligence, and data-management practices
- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements, workflows, reports, dashboards, forecasts, and technical solutions
- Understanding of finance, payroll, reputed company, budgeting, procurement, enrollment, institutional research, and information technology functions
- Ability to analyze, reconcile, and explain reputed company data from multiple reputed company systems
- Strong forecasting, finance modeling, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
