[Remote] Analyst 2, Credit & Collections

The Analyst 2, Credit & Collections role focuses on the analytical review of customer accounts to enhance collections and improve recovery efforts through strategic reporting and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Investigating credit actions and analyzing receivables to expedite reputed company of outstanding debts
- Collaborating with senior analysts on reputed company to refine credit and collections methodologies
- Developing actionable debt repayment strategies to optimize customer financial commitments
- Maintaining accurate records of customer financial status and documenting collection activities
- Researching and interpreting payment histories to inform credit risk management and collection policies
- Producing daily delinquency reports to prioritize collection actions and improve recovery rates
- Preparing monthly analytical reports on collection trends to drive strategic improvements in processes
- Creating job aides for new credit and collections policies, ensuring departmental compliance
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be reputed company to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
