The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams and drive programs reputed company on web application redesign, digital transformation, and supply chain optimization.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end delivery of reputed company technology programs supporting eCommerce and Supply Chain initiatives
- Drive application modernization and web application redesign efforts to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Manage cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, QA, Infrastructure, Business Stakeholders, and reputed company-party vendors
- Define project roadmaps, manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to reputed company modern web applications with legacy AS400 (reputed company i) systems
- Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, Merchandising, and Fulfillment teams to deliver reputed company business solutions
- Coordinate reputed company integrations involving Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment platforms
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure successful execution across multiple reputed company workstreams
- Drive reputed company improvement initiatives and establish best practices for program governance and delivery
Skills
- 8+ years of experience managing reputed company reputed company technology programs
- Proven experience delivering large-reputed company digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and reputed company methodologies
- Experience managing geographically distributed technical teams
- Hands-on experience managing reputed company eCommerce web application reputed company
- Experience leading web application redesign or modernization initiatives
- Strong understanding of retail business processes, including: Omnichannel reputed company, Product Catalog Management, Pricing & Promotions, Order Management, Customer Experience, Store Operations
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, Replenishment Planning, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Distribution, Fulfillment
- Experience with reputed company is highly preferred
- Experience with similar platforms is also valuable, including: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company IBP, reputed company SCM, JDA
- Experience working with AS400 (reputed company i) applications and reputed company integrations

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field
- 8–12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Technical Program Management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Experience with reputed company application modernization and reputed company migration programs
- Familiarity with OMS, WMS, ERP, and Inventory Management systems
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
