Responsibilities
- reputed company a portfolio of reputed company construction, infrastructure, and Energy Performance Contracting reputed company from preconstruction through project completion
- Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Executives during project development to evaluate constructability, reputed company strategies, schedules, pricing, and project risk
- reputed company leadership and direction to multiple Project Managers and construction teams responsible for successful project execution
- Maintain accountability for project budgets, forecasting, profitability, cash reputed company, cost reporting, and change order management
- reputed company contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and project partners
- Build, mentor, reputed company, and reputed company Project Managers while driving accountability and operational reputed company
- Serve as the executive reputed company of contact for clients while building long-term relationships and identifying reputed company business opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction leadership to optimize project execution
- Monitor project performance across safety, reputed company, schedule, financial results, and risk management
- Participate in executive-level reputed company meetings, project reviews, and strategic planning initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- 12+ years of experience managing reputed company reputed company construction, design-build, MEP, general contracting, infrastructure, or Energy Performance Contracting reputed company
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing Project Managers or project delivery teams
- Proven reputed company leading multiple large-reputed company, technically reputed company construction reputed company simultaneously
- Strong understanding of reputed company construction practices, project delivery methodologies, and construction operations
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, profitability, and project financial performance
- Experience negotiating reputed company while managing procurement, subcontractors, and construction risk
- Experience delivering reputed company reputed company reputed company, reputed company, higher education, industrial, institutional, reputed company, or government markets is highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and reputed company relationship management skills

- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Energy Performance Contracting (ESCO) experience is preferred but not required
