Responsibilities
- Own and manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of key reputed company accounts
- Drive organic reputed company reputed company by identifying, qualifying, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively manage the contract renewal cycle to minimize churn

- Conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs) with reputed company executives to reputed company reputed company’s roadmap with their evolving operational needs

- Proven reputed company meeting expansion/upsell quotas and maintaining high Net reputed company Retention (NRR) rates
- Exceptional listening and discovery skills, with a reputed company for turning technical discussions into business reputed company opportunities
- Masterful presentation skills, comfortable navigating reputed company corporate hierarchies and speaking with C-suite stakeholders
- Empathetic, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple moving parts in a fully remote environment
