[Remote] Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the operations and maintenance of a federal agency’s DevSecOps software development platform, playing a key role in requirements elicitation, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain end user documentation to support platform adoption and operational continuity
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites used for internal documentation and team collaboration
- Communicate with end users through ticketing and request systems, providing reputed company support and reputed company
- Apply strategic thinking, scoping, requirements elicitation, and requirements management independently on reputed company reputed company
- Facilitate meetings, conduct stakeholder interviews, and produce formal written documentation and presentations
- Support operations and maintenance of reputed company’s DevSecOps platform
- Assist in developing CI/CD pipeline support documentation and process guidance for development teams
- Support review of application reputed company findings and assist in remediation coordination as needed
- Translate technical concepts into reputed company, non-technical language for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to reputed company on and validate requirements before work begins
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or reputed company role
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust clearance
- Proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills
- Experience creating and maintaining end user documentation and knowledge reputed company articles
- Experience with document repository tools such as SharePoint or reputed company
- Strong reputed company listening skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- Experience with Agile-based tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, reputed company reputed company, or Trello
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UML
- Experience with ticketing systems such as reputed company or similar platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices in a federal environment
